High pressure sales people, will not go back
Buyer beware- defective mattress with no resolution! My husband and I exchanged a mattress using the 120 Day Comfort Guarantee. Wendy was very helpful in this. However, the new mattress they sent was defective and didn’t expand properly, leaving me with pinched nerves in my neck and shoulder. We waited a week before filing a claim to see if it would expand. My Elderly parent ordered a $4600.00 bed from sleep consultant David the bed showed up and an item that was paid for in was not delivered David promised to call my elderly parent and told them don’t worry it will be ok a week has gone bye David never called or responded to request to call the item missing was never delivered
Very disappointed dilenia sale the wrong size of mattress been waiting 2 weeks to pick up a mattress and bring me the right size according to her Raymon just do delivery on Friday. Very disappointed my last order with them a couple years ago was more than $10,000 they go to do the sale but no even a call to fallow up and see if the merchandise arrived. That is customer service. Never again.
