Alex Roitman is just the best. Have been coming to him for many years now, and he always takes care of us, and is always there to help us out if we have any warranty issues, etc. He’s truly an amazing man, and is the reason we keep coming back to R&F.
Very loyal customer for over 15 years but Sophie the store manager is horrible at providing any customer support . She does not call you back and I was lied to in canceling a protection plan which was sold unknowingly to me , so much for trust . She told me it cannot be canceled at any time . LIE . I also had an issue with a damaged item and it took 3 months to have it resolved .
