Lou was awesome - couches were awesome - entire process was awesome.
Kevin was super personable, kind, patient, & knowledgeable!! I also worked w/ Ilana who was lovely & beyond patient. She got me a great deal yesterday, and when she was off today, when I was ready to commit, Kevin honored that deal & gave her the sale as she’d already spent so much time with us yesterday. Great team. Highly, highly recommend either of them. Super excited to get our new mattress!

Customer service was excellent. Lou did a great job showing me many options that would be suitable for my needs. Also, delivery was very easy.
Customer service is absolutely unsatisfactory. When you call 800 number they say to call the store. Call the store and no one answers or returns calls. All I needed was a price adjustment. Had to put in a claim with my credit card company. More work for the customer.
