We purchased a mattress from Raymour and Flanigan - our Home Furnishing Consultant was Daniel D. who provided us with a positive experience. Daniel was very knowledgeable of the products offered and was a pleasure to deal with. He ensured we were well taken care of while at the store and provided prompt follow up after delivery (which went well) to ensure we were satisifed with our purchase. We recommend asking for Daniel when shopping at Raymour and Flanigan.
The worst customer service ever I have a credit for Merchandise that was delivered damaged and need to select only to be approved by a manager, which I cannot get an appointment
Had the pleasure of dealing with Mario Cruz this morning regarding an online purchase and furniture shipment to my house. There was a small issue with delivery but he stepped in and handled everything in a matter of 2 hours. Not only was very kind and understanding, but went above and beyond to ensure I had a stellar experience with Raymour & Flanigan even though I didn’t order directly front their storefront. If I could give 6 stars, I would! Thank you so much for delivering the best support I could have asked for Mario!
