Bryan Sanders helped us pick a mattress .He was highly helpful and professional and guided us through the different models. He was very knowledgable but most importantly he made us feel at ease. Very satisfied with his service.
Beware! Sales representatives do NOT tell you that a refund is not accepted after delivery. Even if they walk out the door and you contact them back or even the next day. They do not accurately provide you this info and fall back on “written” policy that they hide through deceptive tactics. No one from sales to delivery tells you this. I like to thank Sabrina Jordan for making our home shopping amazing from start to finish! From when my family entered the store,she greeted us with such warmth and professionalism. We were looking for a dining room set, she assisted us by showing us the features of all the sets. What really got me was the follow up call after the set was delivered making sure everything went well. Thank you!
I was on hold for an hour. I called them about an order that was placed a week ago and ever heard back about shipping. I’m still waiting to hear back and it’s been 6 days.
