We had a great experience at the store. The sales associate Cymone was great, very professional and patient. Cymone showed us a variety of recliners my dad was looking for. He found something he liked. We were all happy.
4 years later I call the insurance to try and fix my furniture and instead they just say hey I can't not fix your stuff…..don't even bother adding insurance is a waste of time save yourself the money! Did call again today to try to talk to them but they have issue a refund on the payment for the insurance because they can't help
Jerome is great and very knowledgeable about the products sold here. Very personable and went out of his way to help me get the right mattress for my health condition. Check out staff from the floor manager to the check out staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. 5 star service all the way through.
