This is our second order of furniture and each time the customer service from our salesperson (Sara at the Egg Harbor Township Store) was excellent. She was knowledgeable, non pressure and pleasnt. She followed up on all our questions from initial encounter to post delivery. We did our research and comparison to other stores before purchasing and I can share that we are very happy with the service and the products we ordered.
They gave great notice of when they were coming, came on time, completed the job quickly and perfectly, and were extremely courteous in the process. Great experience all the way around.
I received a phone call on Monday saying my sofa had arrived at the warehouse and they scheduled delivery for Thursday. Today (Wednesday) I got a text message giving me a time frame that it would be delivered then 3 hours later I get another phone call saying that it cannot be delivered as it was never actually received at the warehouse, and they had to wait to receive it. Mike is an excellent representative for your company. Knowledgeable and helpful without pressure. Very personable. I did not intend on purchasing during this first visit, and probably would not have with a different sales person.
