Delivery gone Bad Had a great experience while purchasing my first new sofa. The salesman found me exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford. It wasn't until they delivered the sofa in my living and took off the packaging that I saw it was red, not brown like I had ordered. The delivery men checked their paperwork and it all said that the sofa should have been brown. Quality furniture, great financing If you pay full price or don't take advantage of a financing offer here, you're a fool. They're constantly offering 0% interest and no payments for several years from your purchase date. It's a great way to furnish your place when just getting on your feet. The furniture is top quality and durable and the sales staff is very helpful. As with all furniture stores, the sales people hound you a bit while browsing, but you won't find a better deal on quality furniture.
very satisfied I bought my whole living room set here and they were so good to me. When I came in they came right over to ask if I needed assistance. They offered me a drink, I mean it was very nice to see them go out of their way to make me comfortable. They have fast delivery and the guys that came to deliver were very nice and polite. The price I paid for my furniture was $1700.00 and I got a sofa, love seat and matching tables. Great store.
love my furniture I purchased black leather sofa and love seat. They were great, the first set I picked out was delivered but did not fit through my door. I had to go back up to the store and they were able to deliver the new set I picked out the next day.
I placed orders worth $4000 and was skeptical about the bunkyboard but went ahead with it based on the suggestion of a sales representative ...considering that they're the experts. On delivery, the bed turned out to be too high for my child. I explained my concern to a sales mgr and was told that I could return the bed at a 15% restocking fee.
