Excellent service
Friendly knowledgeable service. Found the recliner I was looking for within 3 minutes. Got the color I wanted. Salesman gave me a tip how to remove the back of my old one to get through my front door easily. They will deliver and set up the new recliner when it comes in.
Salesman Ernie was very helpful and professional. The manager said that the delivery fee was high because they use RF employees to deliver the furniture. When our furniture was delivered it was delivered by a subcontractor and not RF employees. I felt deceived.
Worst experience!!!!
