After many emails to the protection plan that we paid for they have ignored our request for two pieces of furniture that broke so easily. A table and a recliner. This is very poor service, save your money and buy your furniture elsewhere, this is a nightmare.
The salesman who helped me was excellent. He was willing to go out of his way to assist me in having my merchandise delivered. This type of service keeps a customer coming back.
Our sales rep, Michael Werle, made this a very pleasant shopping experience. He took time to ask thoughtful questions in order to understand what we were looking for and was very helpful in showing us appropriate options. Michael provided us with all of the info we needed. We greatly appreciated his relaxed, low pressure approach and his willingness to allow my wife and I ample time alone to arrive at our final purchase decision.
