Do NOT buy the platinum protection plan. This stores customer service will dodge contact with you and will make it a nightmare for you to receive any kind of repair. It is clear they do not care about you after you swipe your card and leave the store, and is not worth the expensive prices they give for quality service.

I wish they had been upfront about delivery fee. I called and questioned it and the salesman said he'd call me back and he did not.
