From the moment we walked in, she greeted us and offered to help us out to select what we were looking for. My mom is a long time costumer of R&F but on a recent purchase in the valley stream location she picked out furniture in the show room one color and what was delivered was a different color. Did not want to except delivery but the man stated she would be able to exchange once she call store. Went to store the next day the Manager Philipa was RUDE and DISMISSIVE told us it was the lighting that change the color and basically they will not help. This is the worst store ever . My furniture was never delivered and the manger Sandra Campbell was very unprofessional and displayed no empathy at all .. Do not waste your time purchasing at this store

1 Star Review: I had one of the worst experiences at this Raymour & Flanigan location. I purchased a bed that they said was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready at all. They kept wasting my time with excuses and poor communication. I made multiple trips and calls, and still, no proper response or accountability. Totally unprofessional and disappointing service.
