What a frustrating recent purchase. Have shopped here a few times previously and had an excellent experience and enjoyed our purchases, but recently they "changed systems", which I've heard from pretty much every employee as a vent that I speak to, which comes with pricing/quote issues during purchase (and pretty delayed checkout times), incorrect delivery days, etc. When I've called to try to figure out each mis-step in the process, I get put on hold, then hung up on.
