Very bad return policy
really easy purchases here every time. a no hassle experience.
I recently bought a table and chair set at Taft, which I absolutely love, but must say their delivery was problem free. No hassles there and the guys who delivered were very careful and also real professional.
Horrible Quality Terrible Service. Spent $400 on a twin bed that had a crack in the headboard, the rails were bowed and the footboard had a big dig in it. Tried to resolve it with customer service and the store manager, they didn't care that my son would have to sleep on the floor because of their poor quality merchandise. They offered no alternative or help. We had to have the return "approved" when we had purchased the piece of garbage less than 24hrs before. DO NOT BUY FROM TAFT!!!!!! It was a nightmare...
I thought of Taft when I saw the yellow cape guys commerical. They came to my rescue. I needed to replace my furniture after a terrible fire and couldn't believe how accomodating and helpful they were. I found everything I needed and then some.Thank you TAFT! You have my business for life!
The staff was very helpful and they were willing to negotiate. We got 15% off on the furniture pieces, 50% off of the protection plan (subtracted from price of furniture), and free delivery. Thank you Dave Johnson. Furniture is of fair quality and attractive. You get what you pay for.
Sales rep lied!! I went to the store to possibly buy some new furniture for my condo and found a couch and chair for the living room. My daughter had a cat and I was concerned about it using the furniture as a scratching post. The sales rep assured me if I purchased the "warranty" that the company would fix any pet damage. This is not true. Also the "90 day comfort sleep" has a 100.00 dollar restocking fee that she failed to tell me about too. I will not ever purchase anything from this company ever again. I was semi-impressed with the selection and the style of the furniture here. Delivery is quicker than most and the service was friendly, and of course they are on commission, however a few places like Ruby Gordon, Value City and Ashley had lousy salespeople that were rude to me when I asked about discounts. Overall a good selection and impressive name brands. The sales people let me look around and weren't scattered everywhere to make one feel uncomfortable.
