Jon Huss at Raymore and Flanagan in Paramus went above and beyond when there were delivery problems with our bed. The new delivery system has kinks that need to be ironed out related to communication between sales and delivery. For example, they forgot to put the second piece of the bed on the truck despite the salesman’s reminder email that the bed had a second piece. - I felt bad reaching out to John on his day off for help figuring out the issue.
