great store... great sales people and manager... very knowledgeable and helpful
I bought a recliner a few years back along with the protection plan. The chair broke and I submitted a service request. The technician came and determined that the chair suffered from a manufactures defect. I was issued a credit to purchase a new chair and told that they delivery team will pick up the old one (as part of the protection plan) when they deliver the replacement. Very large and high quality collection of furniture and at a reasonable price. The customer service representative that served me was very neat and professional. I would definitely go there again!
