Me, my fiancé, and father in law just came to this store with my service dog. When walking in I was carrying my service dog and politely pointed out that I would remain carrying him (even though I didn’t have to). COMPANY SYSTEMS BAD! DELIVERY PERSONNEL RUSHED AND CARELESS. This company has a completely messed up online order tracking, customer service, and order processing system. Delivered one of two items ordered in store, then electronic system canceled second item, without notice, even though both items were paid for. Sales manager at location placed a second order with delivery time the automated system cancelled again, without notice. I had the worst service experience! I bought a bed with a light feature, but unfortunately, it came broken. After schedule with a professional repairman, who told me that I am going to need to reschedule since the part need to be replaced - it all down hill from there. I reschedule between 8-4 and not only no one came, no one told me and no one ask me to reschedule.
