Recently i purchased a sofa with a love seat and a chair. I ordered this on September and i was told that i will get it delivered by 3rd week of October but i got only the sofa after 5 days of the initial delivery day and when i tried to reach out to them i was failed multiple times and finally when i was able to reach out, they were unable to give me any future date of delivery for the other two pieces of my order. Always clean. Friendly staff. Mr. Lee is by far the best salesman I've EVER had the pleasure of working with in any consumer capacity. He went above and beyond. He treated the kids and I as family. I'm very happy with our special order Thompson leather sectional. We need more Mr. Lee's in the world!!! Bless you and your family sir.
Updated Review: Things have actually gotten worse. I’ve called multiple times and no one answers. As you can see, there was a response and we even followed up by email — yet still no reply. Basil, the store manager, promised to find a solution but has now told us he’s “too busy” to help. We’ve been dealing with this issue since Labor Day, and it’s now November 1st with no resolution.
