We visited this location looking for some leather recliners. Made an appointment with Allison, store manager and she had me work with sales lead Mike Hands down a 5 star experience and but he were very connected to our needs and managed our expectations to meet our financial and furniture needs Thank you for a very positive experience and our chairs are scheduled to be delivered next Saturday. My wife and I stopped in to pick out a recliner for our baby’s room, and Rob was amazing! He made everything simple, sweet, and super quick from choosing the recliner to explaining the delivery and protection plan. Everything went smoothly and stress-free. The next day, I called the store just to confirm the delivery address, and Jamylis was so kind, patient, and professional. Order #09275DOWOJP – Very Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this store and the customer service I received. I purchased a new bed, and when it arrived, the wooden parts were in very poor condition. The surface is rough, unsafe, and has even caused injuries to my son, leaving him bleeding. Well where do i start , I purchased a sofa and an ottomon on line and scheduled for a pick up at this location the nextday. Only to arrive at south plainfield find out this location does not have pick up nor do they have the item i purchased in stock After speaking with a sales rep Brenda - who was very VERY nice and attempting to be helpful , by reviewing my online sale with her - she helped me pick out a different set to schedule delivery and had me pay additional funds for the delivery .
