Well where do i start , I purchased a sofa and an ottomon on line and scheduled for a pick up at this location the nextday. Only to arrive at south plainfield find out this location does not have pick up nor do they have the item i purchased in stock After speaking with a sales rep Brenda - who was very VERY nice and attempting to be helpful , by reviewing my online sale with her - she helped me pick out a different set to schedule delivery and had me pay additional funds for the delivery .
