Timely and professional
Customer service was good, he did try his best to help me out and I was very happy with the warranty, it made the purchase a slam dunk as I was hesitant prior to him explaining about the warranty. The selection was not what I had hoped. Not many cloth recliners to choose from. You better like leather. A lot of those. I have a scheduled delivery so still waiting to see it in my home.
