I didn't feel welcomed in the store. I was told I needed an appointment to ask questions.Upon returning and having an appointment I was greeted offered a water and was able to browse and ask questions.I have to say Nancy was the most pleasant person working in the store and most helpful. Carol offered a card and time to call and was helpful when we returned for our appointment.Everyone else seemed as if they couldn't be bothered.
Carol was very helpful without being intrusive. Really seemed to know how to let us explore while being available to fill in information, as well. Will definitely come back to Carol when we decide on a recliner. Long live the humans in physical stores.
