Very nice showroom, and the salesmen was excellant. He showed me all the different beds and explained pricing and which ones had sales going. He was very patient and very honest and helped me to make an informed decision. Plus i picked out weekday i wanted and it was delivered the very next afternoon..... with no delivery charge. So from the minute i walked into the store until they delivered it to my home it was an easy deal. Thank you Raymoor and Flanigan.
Had a good experience when buying the couch however the delivery processes was horrible. No communication and never told us we were going to be dealing with some third party drop ship situation. Called the store to get answers and they said “We have no one to help you out and I can’t write down your number for my manager to call you because I’m busy” I’ve been working in customer service for over 20 years and no that’s not how you handle an unhappy customer!
