I recently purchased a chair (folds out to comfortable twin bed). The salesperson was helpful, honest and personable. When I had delivery issues (mine, not theirs), another salesperson answered all of my questions and worked with me during several phone conversations to issue a certificate of insurance and reschedule my delivery. I found the in-store and telephone R&F service to be beyond excellent!
Carole is amazing. She wasn't pushy like alot of people are when they work on commission. She was very polite and professional.
Very nicely appointed store roomy and uncluttered. I received a great assistance from the staff to find what I needed exactly.
