Richard Hernandez at Raymour Flanigan outlet was fantastic. He was friendly knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my needs. No pressure just great advice and amazing service. I left with the perfect furniture at a great price highly recommend asking for Richard!
Ordered furniture a month ago. Was there twice to verify delivery for 7/31. Today didn’t hear anything called them they said we are not on the schedule. So the earliest they can deliver is 8/2 lol. Spoke to the manager she offered $75 off their $250 delivery fee! What a joke. Both times we were there we confirmed delivery date! It was never put in the system. I do not recommend them at all! Poor customer service. Poor management she (Lucy) laughed when I said $75 off that is it?! Your error not mine
After visiting 2 Raymour and Flanigan stores, we went to the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet and had the BEST service imaginable. Our sales person was so attentive and amazingly helpful. I will only shop at the outlet going forward. It was worth the extra mileage.
