Jack was our salesman and he was great.
Delivery time was not as advertised and it took weeks to resolve the issue. Delivered a damaged leather sleeper sofa to my rental apt. Requested a refund and removal of the item, but my request wasn’t respected, and it took weeks to resolve the issue, but it was resolved in time. The bent bars and the mis- aligned soldered screw prevented the bed from being folded back into a sofa. Walked in, told the people what we were looking for. They matched us up with their mattress expert, who had my son try out several different mattresses. Chose one, set up a delivery date, paid, and left. That is about as good as it gets! No huge sales pitches, no playing around with various sales and prices. No tricks as far as we could tell. Just helpful assistance getting what we wanted.
Worked with Brad who was very professional and not pushy. He was able to answer all my questions and give me prices on items of interest with no hassle or pressure.
Our salesman was very helpful and showed us a couch that was exactly what we were looking for. Taken care of very quickly and it’s being delivered in just few days. Definitely will be going back! Thank you Randall
