I purchase a protection plan from raymour and flanigan for the furniture I just had delivered today on the 5th of February 2026. The manager Matt when we bought the furniture we went with the protection plan he told us when it was delivered we would get a little bottle of spot cleaner I called him after they left they said somebody would they were still in the area and somebody would be out, I just got off the phone with him now at 4:15 and I was told there was a misunderstanding.
