Worst customer service ever both in store and via phone. Ordered sofa in store to be delivered 11/22 before Thanksgiving. never got email or text confirmation of delivery date. Furniture not delivered on date we were promised , and then we were told that it was a glitch in the “new” system. Dropped $3,000 on furniture and could not get customer service to handle the delivery issues so we went to Langhorne store where we met with our original sales person who told us we were being rude. Purchasing furniture from this place has been an absolute headache. When our scheduled delivery was hours late we called and were told they were just running late and that they were coming. When they still hadn’t shown up at 6pm they finally told us they were not coming and the delivery was rescheduled for the following week. Delivery day comes and yet again no couch is delivered. I had the best experience working with Randee at Raymour & Flanigan! She was so attentive and really listened to what I needed. She helped me pick out the perfect bedroom sets and kitchen table, and everything turned out beautiful. Randee even gave me her phone number and checked in on delivery day and my moving day to make sure it all went smoothly. Truly above and beyond service — I’ll definitely be back to shop with her again!
Whatever you do , do not buy the goof proof warranty from bob's discount furniture. The salesman will tell you.It covers everything it does not. Second.Zipper broke on our sectional and second time we were denied. They lied to us about the warranty just to add to the sale price. It would be nice to meet a business that told the truth and did there job!
My purchase at this store was seamless. Thanks to our Sales Rep Randee, she was phenomenal. We ordered a special order sectional and we received our order before the scheduled delivery date. Randee kept me informed every week while we waited for our Calvin sectional to come in. She gave me the best price during the Labor Day Event. Randee went above and beyond to make us happy customers. If you're shopping for new furniture, I highly recommend that you go see Randee at the Langhorne. PA store.
