DO NOT buy the service plan from Raymour & Flanigan- they sell it but do not honor it! It seems that Karla at the Fairfield location sold me an extended warranty to boost her sales, because she never explained that it’s only for a partial coverage. After reading the policy, I had two technicians come to my home to fix my couch - that’s within warranty. The first told me that couch armrests are not covered.
