Fast to sell but the worse to provide service at home. They charge the platinum coverage for everything but when you need it there are many things not covered. There is a visit at home for each issue with the furniture. Today 55” waiting to speak with a representative 3 times they hang up on me while I was waiting. The worst !
Didn't know this was a Clearance Center. Price tags on all items. Sales people very helpful. We had Eric Kemesies as a sale person. He was very Knowledgeable on all items on display. He was very honest. He first told us that any new item we wanted to match the one were buying would be 20% off. but when going over the final bill he found that the item we were getting had a 25% discount.
