I will NOT tell anyone to ride with these horrible people!! I stopped using my the affiliation with my LTC company because of their association with Raymond Healthcare (hate using those words so closely) because I had several absolutely bad rides with two individuals from that company! For 2 years, no use at all, till my scheduler told me they stopped using Raymond. So I told them I had a 7 AM appt. They said 5:30 pickup! They were a hour early, said they had wrong address! DO NOT TRUST THIS TRANSPORT SVCS!!! They picked up my mom from the dialysis center (literally 5 mins from my home) at 6:30p on 4/26/2023. 7pm rolls around and my mother is not home yet. I called 813ninehundred7228 number and spoke to a lady by the name of Katina? (mgr). I asked for status on my mom and when will they be bringing her home as she is on an oxygen concentrator that was soon to die. She starts laughing at the situation and hangs up on me! if I were a patient I would not call them to even transport my animals vs. my family members....I work for a doctors office and when the patient was dropped off I gave the driver the time to be picked up and was told not a problem.....at the said time I called the driver and was told she was in Naples....so I was given another number to call and that driver told me he'd be at our office in 40 minutes.....a hour later I called again and was told another 40 minutes....I tried calling main office an was given more lies about wh... read more
