IT DOESN'T TAKE LONG TO BOILA POT OF POTATOES AND MASH THEM FOR THE VITAMINS OR STEAM SOME VEGETABLES INSTEAD OF USING FROZEN RUBBER VEGETABLES BOTH WITH NO VITAMINS AT ALL THE CHEAPEST WAY TO KILL SOMEONE FAST
