Recently, I just picked up my reading glasses from Raymond opticals from the moment I made my appointment over the phone. To the moment that I walked in and met the doctor to pick it up my reading glasses I had nothing but a great experience with them very pleasant very friendly. I’m very polite. I have been using Raymond Opticians for several years and have always had a positive experience. The staff is courteous and welcoming and have worked with me to make sure my vision needs have always been met. I will continue to utilize their services for years to come.
It’s a shame this is the standard quality for care of government insurance. Nothing updated. One machine from the 90s. No other testing. No dialation. The doctor didn’t listen to me. She went off my an old prescription when I told her my glasses weren’t up to date. Horrible customer service. The assistant got the doctor to change my prescription because it was “cheaper and easier” that’s not what I want from my doctors.
