Very rude receptionist was late because of maps sent me to there old office and the receptionist called me a lier and said I was wrong they told everyone that they were in a new location I said I was never told she said I was lying again and almost lost out on my appointment because the map sent me to the wrong place the nurse I seen wasn’t much better she was rude but very confusing on treatment she couldn’t make her mind up on how to treat me and when she did she was not so good at explaining stuff thank God for the pharma... read more

I have been a patient of Dr Thomas's for 15 years I have no problem with Dr Thomas at all in fact I think he's an exceptional doctor however his staff is the rudest most unempathetic obnoxious rude staff I've ever had to work with they literally refuse to let the doctor know that I need medicine for a reoccurring health concern now I have to go and find a new gastroenterologist it makes me sad to leave Dr Thomas and my stepdaughter who just started seeing Dr Thomas I'll be taking her with me to wherever I go
I just had a horrible experience with Dr. Raymond Thomas's office. I was referred here by my hematologist. The first time I called December 2nd, I spoke with Karen she advised me I missed an appointment in 2017 which I apologized for told me her office manager would have to make a decision and call me back within 24 hours. Karen wasn't pleasant to speak with. I called again today, Decmber 4th, and spoke with Mary, seeking an update on the decision whether I could be seen by Dr. Thomas.
