Expert legal representation.
I believe I upset Mr. Sandelman immensely when I stated multiple times that his expert is "stupid and incompetent and I would be turning him into the State Board". He seemed shocked and had me repeat it 8 to 10 times just to be sure. He's the kind of attorney that goes out of his way attempting to put words in your mouth. By the last day of the court case, he was screaming at his client in open court. Not very professional.
