Mr. Karam and his wife Rose Karam are horrible people. Rose is a slum landlord and Raymond helps her screw people because he handles all of her real estate affairs. They wrongfully placed an eviction on me, knowing that we paid rent for the month that was due and continued to stay in the property for an additional year. Stay away from these people.
I bought this guy a smart watch so he can answer calls while he bakes his bread. He is semi retired
Don’t waste your time trying to contact Raymond Karam. As directed by his office’s automated answering service, I called and texted his mobile phone numerous times. He never responded. Very unprofessional!
When i called his office i was told it was a shared office with several other attorneys so the only way i could get a hold of him was through his personal cell. I called him 4 times, left 2 messages, no response. Very surprised that my calls were not returned.
Very responsive and knowledgeable. I will definitely work with him again.
