Disappointing
I had a horrible experience with one of their reps, Cynthia Powell. At the age of 24, I didn't have any experience with mutual funds and was looking for a financial advisor and broker to invest some savings for me. I did a little research and went in knowing exactly what fund I wanted, only to have her tell me she couldn't get it for me. She didn't tell me that I could have invested in the fund myself without a broker (as I later found out).
