Raymond James is one of the best financial companies by a long shot. I’ve worked in finance for many years, hands down the most ethical firm out there. I can’t say enough good things about them. I worked for RJ for 5-6 years. All these bad reviews are unwarranted for the most part. Nothing is perfect in any company, but overall this company is aces.
I’m telling you now this org is not worth working for I applied for a contract role and got a job after 3 interviews over 60 mins each time. I requested my supplier for an additional week to serve my notice period and was flat out rejected because the contractor company Magnit doesn’t and won’t allow it. in my opinion company has to be the most disorganized company with indecisive leadership in finance. Got an interview from a 3rd party which overall turned out to be the only part that was highly satisfying once I was submitted the middle firm pro set up an interview which felt like it was a big favor after the first round I received feedback the manager was extremely satisfied and wanted to move forward I kno this for a fact because my supplier reviewed the written feedback in front of me after a week of nothing I followed ... read more
