Great services and super kind
Seriously - cannot speak highly enough of Rayment. Bought 2 specialized rockhopper sports (1 for me and 1 for the wife) over the past 2 years - knowledge and ease to deal with makes it a very smooth process. Wanted to buy the wife a helmet to go with her bike, Paul “don’t do it” she needs to come in. Genuine, honest, incredible business - no upsell and seriously care! So very rare to find a team like this. Thanks again Gents!
I’m glad to read so many people have had such good experiences here. And, I hope that the staff are able to hear what’s being expressed in the more critical reviews—not as attacks, but as calls to reflect on blind spots and consider how the shop might feel for those who don’t automatically feel comfortable walking in. I am not one to write reviews but it has been a year and a half since I came to this shop and I still think about my experience frequently. I am a bicycle mechanic who had come back to Brighton to visit family and needed some parts. I have never before or since experienced such a consistently condesending interaction, which I can find no other explanation for except for my not being a man.
