The therapy team is amazing! The property is beautiful with a wheelchair accessible gazebo when you approach the building. This facility has improved so much from previous reviews
This place sucks real bad the nurses are mean rude I would not tell anyone about this place
They will tell you they have the medically required bipap your family requires, but then when it's time to use it? They don't actually have all the parts and their Director isn't responding to calls from the facility staff. Absolutely derelict management. They will put your families health in jeopardy. Taking medicare money from people without loved ones to look out for them while _maybe_ providing adequate care _sometimes_ must keep the lights on though.
It is very dirty facility. Housekeeping using mop room by room the same mop. Never change chemical . One rag clean table and toilet. Soiled utensils is so dirty. CNA put diapers in linen , residents poop in bed . Facility is horrible . Now Superviser of EVS make new role, laundry people dump all facility trash . Haha laundry is very hard job , facility is saving money, they want laundry people will do utilities work . It’s crazy .
