My experience here at aviata was definitely well needed i was hurt i started physical therapy that helped me walk with my prosteic again I'm grateful for all of the nurses and c.n.a that helped take care of me while i was here.so now I'm moving on to my own place and I'm very excited for this once again thank you all being here for me have a blessed day

Iris was very friendly and hyper, tending to all of my needs and assisted with everything well. Physical therapy took care of me to make my experience a great one. Thank you Aviata Jacksonville.

I want to share my experience with the staff at Aviata. First, I’d like to start with the doctors. Doctors: You’re miracle workers. You made the impossible possible. My family and I are forever grateful. Thank you! Pulmonologist (Chris): You did a wonderful job with the tracheostomy decannulation. You can barely tell that any surgery took place. You’re amazing!
