This is my 2nd time here and I'm so thankful for nurse Lilly, she is really great. She's attentive and helps me every time I need anything. I thank Arielle and Yanna for being patient and understanding. Also Lauryn for listening to me and keeping me encouraged. Shout out to Aviata of Jacksonville

I want to start by thanking Lyric and Linda for making me feel comfortable coming into the building. Miss Lauryn and the ladies in social services was great helping and assisting me with my concerns. Therapy has pushed me even when I didn't want to go. I've progressed so much during my stay here. The place as a whole was great and I'm thankful they helped me to get better during these tough times. Thank you Aviata Jacksonville!

I pretty much enjoyed everybody here. Social services. Miss Lauryn, Nia and Hope in activities are great. Therapy has pushed and encouraged me to do more than I thought I was capable of. Now I'm on my way out and doing a lot better. Thank you Aviata of Jacksonville🧡

I throughly enjoyed Ms Natalia and Andrea in physical therapy and well as Miss Arielle and Ayana. Nurse Miller and CNA Taylor helped me a lot as well along the way. I thank you for your care Aviata Jacksonville!
