On day one when I arrived, was the worst day of my life. The room I was assigned was nasty. Someone else's food and belongings was in the room. The floor had trash. The bathroom was nasty I couldn't even use the bathroom because the toilet was broke. I sit on the side of the bed when I got there for at least an hour before someone came into the room to get me settled or even to greet me. I want to first thank Miss Arielle, Ayana and Lauryn for being so helpful during my stay here at Aviata Jacksonville. Mr Gerald has been great as well as the Therapy team Alex, Byron, Andrea, Kim, and Dewana and Slavica. The Activities Director Nia is great as well. Overall, I appreciate everyone for being so fantastic. Thank you.

I've honestly not had any sort of issues with anyone here. The staff have been great. They are attentive when I bother them. They dispense my meds, even my insulin as it's supposed to be dispensed. I have no long I'll be here due to my injury and recovery time.

If it wasn’t for Aviata Jacksonville, I wouldn’t be leaving in such good shape. Miss Janae listened and understood where I was coming from when I told her I didn’t want to go back to where I came from. I want to thank Byron even though she got on my nerves, she meant well in Therapy by pushing me to do better. So thank you everyone for helping me get better than I was. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t be where I am today.
