I was genuinely impressed by the environment, staff, and overall atmosphere. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The home is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated—it truly feels more like a luxury home than a facility. The residents are well cared for and engaged in meaningful activities. What stood out most to me was the personalized attention and compassion shown by the caregivers.

My relative is in this facility. When I go visit her, I always think that when I am of the age and need care, I would absolutely love to board there, and maybe sometimes as a vacation now. They have a chef and food is amazing!!! they actually feed visitors sometimes :). Truly a 5-star place.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel compelled to share our experience with Rayas in San Clemente due to how poorly we were treated—especially during such a difficult time for our family. After my mother passed away, we trusted Rayas to treat our mother with the utmost care, but what followed was incredibly upsetting and disrespectful.
