Mark Kelley of Ray, Winton, and Kelley represented me as plaintiff in an estate dispute. Between 2015 and 2023 he charged me $250,000 without my case ever getting to trial. In January 2024 he suddenly dropped as a client because I was complaining. I was forced to find new legal counsel and a trial is now scheduled for October 2024. In my experience Ray, Winton, and Kelley is not competent, honest, or ethical.
