Since Mr Sagan passed away and Mrs Sagan too its awful and Kathy is gone so its too sad to say the least. Im sure Kathy Sagan was The Best Fork Lift Driver in Illinois if not all the Midwest....Her south paw dominance gave her The South Paw advantage...amazing a forklift professional she should still be alive getting the opportunity to test her palate globally as she was no stranger to the Home Plate ever rarely missing the Strike Zone. I had a great experience with their team even with last minute changes to project they were able step in adjust accordingly and get the large VTL out of a three foot pit and on to the trucks and to our location. I will definitely reach out for our next move.

Had Sagan in to deliver a new machine. They did not use plates to enter the building and damaged both garage door entries. They came out to look and said the paper worked signed after delivery included in the fine print a exemption from any damages they did. We had other movers out and they used plates and had no damage..
