I tried for over 3 weeks to speak to someone. My first call I spent 30 minutes with Kennedy and after a week of no call back I called again and she said she hadn’t spoken to the attorney yet. I waited another week and called back and another 10-15 minutes speaking to Winter and she told me she would make sure one called me back soon. Another week goes by and nothing.
