A weekend spent in total slowness, quiet and space. Waking to the birds, reading in the sun with views of just beautiful trees and the occasional kangaroo. Rachel provided everything I asked for and needed...nourishing meals, an exceptional comfy bed with gorgeous linen and my own space to just rest and be. As a mum, this was the perfect mini break to relax and receive.
One of the most special things I have done for myself and my body was to join the Nervous System course. The invaluable lessons I have learnt from Rachel will follow me for the rest of my life and I can not be thankful enough.

I have journeyed with Ray of Light Yoga for years. Beginning with yoga classes, Kirtan, concerts, short courses, yoga therapy and now foundational Yoga teacher Training! Perhaps that says it all. Rachel creates and holds a space imbued with safety, grace and knowledge. Exploring yoga with Rachel is inspiring authentic and fun. Rachel’s humility is inviting making yoga accessible and inclusive.
I am so pleased to have signed up with the Foundations Yoga Teacher Training Course with Ray of Light Yoga & Counselling. I am very new to yoga, and as a busy mum of 2 energetic little ones I wanted to create a space to nurture myself when I signed up to learn with Rachel.
