Great service and superior products. Always satisfied!
Lack of customer support, months long delays without notifying dealers. No secure payment portal or invoicing system. Credit Cards stored in spreadsheets by accounting department. During peak season we had to refund over $20,000 to customers when Ray Murray failed to deliver on our orders. Can not recommend.
We've been a steady RMI customer spending I'd say millions of dollars over the last 40+ years. Very knowledgeable staff, problem solvers, wide inventory in stock, support continually with education, advancements & assistance. Glad they service our market.
Trying to do B2B with this company was impossible. Emails constantly kicked back from their system, the account application for a corporation includes personal guarantee, and employees were difficult to deal with. After 2 weeks of back and forth we abandoned them as a potential supplier. We were able to get the parts we needed at a significantly lower price, set up an account, and receive the parts within 2 days from another company outside of Massachussets.
