This place is a joke. Gordon has no customer services skills and couldn't care less about actually listening to a customer concern. Ray just sits in the background at his desk and gives you a strange look when you ask for a receipt for the services you just paid for. I took my bike here twice for the same issue and left both times paying this shop $110 only to go home with a bike having the same issue..I do NOT recommend this place. Terrible service.
