Our home loan specialist, Ray Hicks, is an amazing person and knows what he is doing. He has the professionalism, the expertise in his position, the honestly that you need to hear, and the hard work drive to satisfy you. No matter the time, he’s a call away and will handle what needs to get done. I can’t stress how good he is at what he does.
Ray was excellent at answering all my questions in a timely manner and helping me to understand each step of the process. He always had a good attitude, and was kind and understanding.
Had some hiccups along the way. Primary stumbled once, his partners didn’t always come thru in a timely manner delaying our closing by one week. However, I do believe the company is strong and has the clients interest at heart.
If Ray wasn't available or didn't know the answer (rare case), he knew someone that was available and would know the question. Anyone I spoke to was always able to give a thurough breakdown of where I was in the process or why I needed what I did based on my situation. I did not give all maximum high scores to just speed through this survey. Ray and the team deserve it!
Great dude; went above and beyond, demonstrating tremendous alacrity to help my wife and I buy our first-ever home! Would highly recommend this man
