Hard working and very talented
He is impossible to reach. No matter how many times you call or how many voicemails you leave you will not get a response. I've been trying to reach him over two months. Still haven't heard from him. He was court appointed to represent my boyfriend. Will not stand up for you in court. Getting new representation.

Ray Thomas has not returned any of my calls. I guess the jail clients aren't very important. As a citizen of this county he is a fine man. He will help you if you break down side the road. Even go out of his way to help you.
