I recently contacted Ray Blinds for blackout roller shades. They responded immediately and quoted a very reasonable rate which was significantly better than other quotes I obtained. The came in quickly for measurements and the custom blind was ready in a week. I am very impressed by the service, efficiency and price...so much so that I called them again for another custom order.
Double the cost of all other quotes in the area, they tried to charge straight up double for the same work. Service is terrible too they did not even answer on time, go to another shop and not waste time with this one.
I cannot recommend Ray Blinds enough! So glad I stumbled across them from my local community Facebook page. I'd had quotes from 2 other companies before contacting Ray Blinds and their price came in incredibly competitive AND they completed the job with 2 weeks (versus competitors said around 6 weeks) AND I love to support local companies so it has all been a win win!
