Raxter law is handling the estate of a dear friend who died in Dec 2021. This is a very SIMPLE TRUST, ALL monies were to be distributed to her niece! It has been a year and a half since she passed, and they will not release the money. On the very rare occasion they answer an email (they never return phone calls) it has been nothing but excuses, need a document, accountant on maternity leave etc. etc. If you are looking for an Estate Attorney do yourself a favor and steer far, far away from this office.
