The crossbow is exceptional. I know personally what they pay their employees and it's barely above minimum wage. When they get a review and pay increase it is a slap in the face. As a owner of a ravin crossbow and a extremely close friend of a person who works for the company. I am highly disappointed. As your product is great. Your help is even greater. This company should be ashamed with itself. I am not sure why they charge so much for their crossbows. It's not for the labor force because they can barely make ends meet.
Great Products! Great Customer Service! All these negative reviews are from seemingly disgruntled employees that aren't familiar with all the costs and liabilities associated with running a business. It's America. Don't like the job or pay, find another one. Too many cry babies in this world. If you can do better, Do it.
I worked there for a few months and hated it. Management is terrible with a revolving door of employees.
