One of my go-to bodyworkers in Crestone for the last few years, pregnancy and all. She’s tuned in and gets things moving in the right direction again. My chiropractor and PT would agree! They too have seen results and find it easier to do their job after sessions with Raven:)
I had a myofascial release session and it was absolutely incredible! She incorporated every single part of my body and I could feel how much intention and care she put in. I brought her a tough, knotted-up muscle back situation and she worked magic!
