I really enjoyed the PEMF mat session. It’s wonderful as an alternative to massage if you want to be in your own space. The mat relieved muscle tension and I experienced a lot of different sensations and processed a lot that is supportive to my healing. I enjoyed the heated element to the mat and weighted blanket and Jose’s presence was warm and supportive. He gave me helpful suggestions at the end to help me integrate the experience. It’s a great option if you are in need of nourishment and care.

I have been struggling with insomnia for quite a while now, I reached out to Jose and he offered the PEMF MAT and oh my goodness the difference on my sleep was so noticeable even on the first use!! It was such a calming experience, I highly recommend it. Jose is very professional and accommodating to everyone needs!!!
