I would like to say a big thank you to the Staff for not only the daily care but especially end of life care for my life long friend Jill, the last hours of her life were treated with so much respect and proffesionalism and everything necessary was implimented with compassion. Big thanks to the member of the team who took time to make sure i was ok too when visiting and being visibly upset. You are all a credit to your proffesion.
Exceptional level of love, care and devotion provided to us and our mum during her final months. Cannot recommend them highly enough they have been amazing from beginning to end. Thank you all so much from Aimee, Beth, Karl and of course, Jill.
My dad has been at Ravendale hall since November 2023 . I can honestly say the staff have been absolutely amazing with dad as he understandably took a little time to settle , but with the continued caring support from each and every one of the staff he’s beginning to settle . Not only do they support dad , but they have also supported me as it hasn’t been easy dad having to be in permanent care and him not always understanding why he has to be in permanent care but staff have always been supportive and given me reassurance. ... read more
Had to stay here last year after a serious RTC. Some of the staff are lovely, however I had some poor experiences here. My first night the bed wasn’t inflated, buzzer never worked and I had water / belongings put on a table to my injured side (right clavicle fracture in 3 places). I had to call my partner at 3am since I was in agony and needed help etc. I got given a letter from the police stating I had 7 days to respond and by that time it had already been half the time since it was sent.
