Today was a tough day for the employees at AMC Chattanooga. Apparently power went out and movies were not finished. the staff was courteous and polite even though they had no idea what happened. Patrons were provided with compensation to alls satisfaction.
Prices can be a little spendy but the comfy seats and huge screens make up for the price !!!!!!!!
My niece and nephew was just racially profill right now. He is Mexican and because he was just my black niece they told he couldn't come in with her. Just because family can be mixed you your employee told us we couldn't come and watch the movie. Channel 2, 4, 7 and 9 will here about this matter.
Great place to come catch a movie especially with your friends or family.
Staff can not hear through the glass at the box office. There is so much miscommunication because they can’t hear through the glass. Waiting in line over 30 minutes is ridiculous. Also, too time consuming to make sure people are above the age of 16 to see a PG movie.
